8.10. Store Account Management

To manage the accounts of all individuals who have registered for your web store, go back to your MYPTEZ account and select:

Admin > Web Store > Store Account Management

This application allows you to do the following:

View all of your web store account holders

Reset a user’s username and password

oSelect the reset (arrow) symbol to on the right of the individual’s username.

Register individuals to give them a web store account

oSelect the plus (+) symbol under the “Available Individuals” menu. Only select the symbol next to the individual you would like to register.

Resetting Web Store Passwords

Purchasers now have the ability to reset their own Web Store passwords, so long as the know their username and there is any email address associated to that username by selecting "My Account/Login" and selecting the "Forgot Password" button:
