6.2. Category Based Reports

 

 

 

Category History

 

Category History is a detailed report of all transactions that have taken place is a specific category

 

1.Select Report > Category/Transactions Reports > Category History or Category Activity from the report menu.

2.Enter in the name of the category that will be generated in the report

3.Select a date range from the drop-down list, or manually input the dates

4.Select the report format

5.Select "Create Report"

 

 

Category Activity

 

Category History Report shows all activity for a specific category (does not include starting and ending balances)

 

1.Select Report > Category/Transactions Reports > Category History or Category Activity from the report menu

2.Enter in the name of the category that will be generated in the report

3.Select a date range from the drop-down list, or manually input the dates

4.Select the report format

5.Select "Create Report"

 

 

 

Category Group History Report

 

1.Select Reports > Category/Transactions Reports > Category Group Report

2.Select the Group You wish to Report on

3.Select the Date Range for the report

4.Select the Report Format

5.Select Create Report
